The node will be rebooted in the maintenance window 12.01am - 6am on Tuesday 03/07/2007. The node reboot as such will take less than 30 minutes in the absence of any unforeseen complications. But since multiple nodes are scheduled for that date, they will be rebooted one after the other during the maintenance window and hence we are unable to provide the exact time for the reboot. Please note that you will have to check the services yourself after your VPS comes back online as it will not be practicable for us to login to each vps and confirm that the services are up. If you would like us to keep an eye on the services after the reboot, then, you can signup for the Enhanced Monitoring Service (EMS) with us. Since some of our clients requested this information in the past, we will as well note it here - there will be no SLA credit for services that do not come back up automatically after a reboot that is a part of node maintenance.
